Can I authorize 50 devices with a 5-device package?
Yes. Buy multiple packages to add their device authorizations together. For example, 10 packages covering 5 devices each provide 50 device authorizations; set the purchase quantity to 10 in Admin. The displayed price is per package, so the total scales with the number of packages. Your account’s device limit still depends on membership; for 50 devices, choose a suitable tier such as VIP Professional.
How do membership and device authorization differ?
Membership determines account features, device limits and media storage. Authorization is assigned to a particular Player and removes the unauthorized watermark for eligible program sources. Prices on these cards are device authorization package totals, not monthly account subscription fees.
How do I become a Standard or Professional member?
Choose cloud authorization for Standard or Professional membership on the purchase page. After successful payment, a free or lower-tier account upgrades to the selected tier; existing memberships are never downgraded. Use existing authorizations before upgrading if more than 3 unused cloud authorizations remain. Local authorization does not upgrade membership.
Which authorization covers USB, LAN and point-to-point programs?
Ordinary cloud programs require cloud authorization. USB, folder and LAN programs can use local authorization, or valid cloud authorization that includes local playback. Internet point-to-point programs accept either valid local or cloud authorization; free members still see a watermark.
How do I remove the watermark after purchasing?
Assign the purchased authorization to the target Player in the Admin app, then check its authorization status on the Player home screen. This step also applies to devices that only play from USB; see the authorization guide below.
How is cloud transfer traffic counted?
Cloud authorization traffic is used to sync programs to devices. Playing content already downloaded does not consume transfer traffic again. The monthly allowance appears below each price; Premium and custom plans follow the agreed terms.
Where do these prices come from?
This page loads current public device authorization products from the backend. Switch between CNY and USD to compare. Activation-code bundles, app-store purchases and custom quotes are excluded. Availability can vary by membership. Confirm the account, currency, quantity, duration and total in the Admin order before paying.
